About Skye

Built by a coach who was drowning in the front-desk work

Skye didn’t start as a company. It started because I was losing lessons.

I’m a private lesson coach at a competitive gym, and for years the hardest part of the job had nothing to do with coaching. It was the front-desk work no one pays you for: booking texts I missed while I was on the floor, chasing Venmo payments to figure out who’d actually paid, reconciling a handwritten schedule on Sunday nights, and juggling parents so I didn’t double-book a slot I’d already promised.

So I built an assistant to handle it — one that answers the calls and texts I miss, books the lesson, sends the reminders, and takes the payment, all in my business’s name, on a line of its own. I use it on my own lessons every single day. In my slowest month it recovered $240 I’d have lost and gave me back hours I used to spend on admin.

It worked well enough that other coaches wanted it. That’s what Skye is.

One thing I’ll always be straight about: Skye is a front desk, not a marketing machine. It doesn’t go find you new clients — it makes sure you stop losing the ones already trying to reach you. That’s the problem it solved for me, and it’s the only thing I’ll promise it does for you.
